A tall, slim column of natural Marble, cut thin so it glows warm from within and its soft charcoal and gray cloudy mottling lights up from behind. It is held at the middle by a small metal wall bracket, with slim metal caps at the top and bottom, and the open ends let the light wash gently up and down the wall. Because each column is cut from natural Marble, the mottling on yours is its own — no two alike.
It is a warm, architectural piece that takes up very little width for the presence it carries, and it is switched by touch rather than a wall plate. A single one reads as a soft column of light beside a bed or along a corridor; a facing pair frames a mirror or a doorway. Off, it is a quiet, pale cylinder; on, the Marble becomes the glow.
