Brenu is a slim column of natural alabaster, lit from the inside so the stone turns warm and luminous. The amber-honey body carries the soft cloudy mottling that only alabaster gives, shifting along the length of the tube, and it is closed at each end in metal: a short cap at the ceiling end, and a longer housing at the base that carries a separate downward spotlight.
That second light source is what makes the piece unusually useful. The alabaster column gives a soft ambient glow that fills the space around it, while the 2 W spotlight below throws a tighter, directional pool of light onto whatever sits underneath. Over a kitchen island or a dining table it works as task lighting and atmosphere at once, and a single column reads as a quiet vertical accent beside a bed or in a stairwell. Choose one head on a cord, or two heads on a round or a linear canopy.

Alabaster is a natural stone, so the veining, color and translucency of every column vary a little from the photographs and no two are quite alike. Please allow a small variance of 0.4-1.2 in (1-3 cm) in measurement, and note that finishes can look slightly different from screen to screen. The LED is integrated and its color temperature is set by the option you choose, so it cannot be changed afterwards, and the fixture is not dimmable. This fixture is hardwired; we recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
